Who we are

Orders

An order is placed when Shopify's checkout confirms it. Prices on this site are read live from our Shopify catalogue, and the price you are charged is the one Shopify calculates at checkout. If something is priced wrongly by mistake, we will contact you before making the doughnuts rather than charge you the wrong amount.

Availability

Everything is made the same morning. A flavour marked sold out is sold out for that day. If something sells out between your order and our making it, we will call you and either swap it for a flavour you choose or refund that line.

Payment

Payment is taken by Shopify through whichever methods are enabled at checkout. Popped never handles your card details.

Popped Rewards

Every 24 doughnuts you buy earns one free. The count is held on your account, it does not expire, and it cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change how the scheme works, but not retroactively: doughnuts already counted stay counted.

Accuracy

We try to describe everything honestly. Photographs and illustrations are representative, not a promise of an exact appearance.

Allergens

Everything we make contains wheat and may contain milk, egg, soy and nuts. The kitchen is not free of any of those. If you have an allergy, please ask us before ordering rather than relying on a product description.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
