Where we deliver

Lahore, city-wide. Outside Lahore we send by courier, which takes one to two days and is not the same doughnut when it lands — we will say so before you order.

What it costs

• Rs. 200 flat anywhere in Lahore.
• Free when your order is Rs. 10,000 or more.

The free-delivery threshold is measured on the value of the doughnuts, before any reward is applied — so redeeming a free doughnut never costs you free delivery.

How long it takes

Typically 45 to 60 minutes inside our usual radius. We are open 9am to 11pm, every day.

Refunds

Doughnuts are fresh food, so we cannot take them back once they have left us. That is not a reason for you to be stuck with a bad box:

• Wrong order, missing items, or damaged in transit — tell us within 24 hours with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it.
• Not fresh — same. We do not sell yesterday's doughnuts, and if one reaches you stale it is our mistake.
• Changed your mind before we have made it — call or WhatsApp 0317-4434756 and we will cancel and refund in full.

Refunds go back to the method you paid with. Card and wallet refunds usually take five to ten working days to appear, which is the bank's timing, not ours.

Cash on delivery

Where cash on delivery is offered at checkout, please have the exact amount ready if you can — our riders do not carry much change.
