What we collect

When you create a Popped account we store your name, email address, phone number and the delivery area you pick. When you place an order, Shopify collects your delivery address and payment details in order to process it.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number. Payment is handled entirely by Shopify's checkout and by the payment provider you choose; Popped's own database holds no card data of any kind.

Why we hold it

• Your account — so your Popped Rewards count follows you between devices instead of living in one browser.
• Your orders — so you can see what you ordered, and so we can deliver it.
• Contact messages — so we can reply.
• Newsletter — only if you ask for it, and only until you ask us to stop.

Who else sees it

Two processors, both because the shop cannot run without them:

• Supabase holds your account and your order history.
• Shopify holds the order, the payment and the delivery address.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept while your account is open. Ask us to close it and we delete your profile and unlink your orders.

Write to hello@popped.pk to see what we hold about you, correct it, unsubscribe from anything, or have your account deleted.

Cookies and local storage

Your browser keeps your signed-in session and the contents of your box. That is all. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
